Jan 3rd (3 of 365)

~It is the 2nd day of my Marathon training~
Loving it! 
So far so good! 


Today we had a 2-a-day,
First was a WOD called

'FRAN'
 and she is a bitch!   

Oooops did I really type that

21-15-9 (reps of)
Pullups
Thrusters 65#

(it is a 65# bar, that you lift over your head, and then squat it)
I had to adjust it, because of my 'hip' issue, so I did 
Clean and Jerks
(same movements, but minus the squat, and always start from the floor)
  My time was 
10:20
...and that sucks


Then we had to do a Treadmill Ladder workout

200m run, rest 200m time
400m run, rest 400m time
600m run, rest 600m time
400m run, rest 400m time
200m run, rest 200m time

My times were:

200m 52.7sec
400m 1min46sec
600m 2min33sec
400m 57.1sec
200m 46.3sec
(last run was 10.0)

I'm very happy with that one!

50 squats
(adjusted with band squats)

Jan 2nd (2 of 365)

MARATHON TRAINING BABY!!!


My 1st day of Marathon training is a home work out, 
because RAW is closed for the day.

For time:
50 Push-ups
100 Sit-ups
150 Double Unders
200 Squats 
(I'm doing kettel bell swings instead because of "hip issues")

DONE
24min 33 sec
(I broke my jump rope)
I'm a :( girl now!


All you need for this WOD is


.....a jumprope, kettelbell, abmat and shoes,
unless you want to jumprope and tear your little toes up!
OUCH!!!


I am happy to say that I ATE wonderful today!

Breakfast:  egg whites and blueberry smoothy
Lunch:  Turkey wraped in lettuce with mustard, a pickel, and cottage cheese
Dinner:  salad, fish, and 'my favorite' corn 
snack:  almonds, and Blueberries and soy milk!
Ooops, I had a coffee too

Wow this year went by so fast!!!!!

Bring it 2012!!!



I know that I did not blog every day, but knowing that it is the 1st day of 2012 and I was doing this for an entire year.  WOW did time fly by!!!!

Here is what is next for me!  
I start my Marathon Training tomorrow, YIKES!!
 I am going to blog my daily workouts, and pictures!
I think thant I want to try this again, I really enjoyed it, so why not give it one more year!

I am hoping to have a bunch of CD Photography pictures loaded.
My goal is to have a session at least once a week!

I am going to show my progression in my new adventures of
my photography business, my health and fitness, and the love of my family. 
~I want to be a better person in all ways~

So let the fun begin,
I will post more about this tomorrow, I have been on this computer working on friends mom's "Special Day" pictures all day.
