Four weeks after my surgery!
I'm still unable to drive, and the PT and Doctor still has not given me a straight answer why! I'm still waiting, and not driving for the simple fact that if I would get into an accident, I could get in a ton of trouble. STUPID!! I don't understand, this is a horrible joke to me!
I am going crazy not being able to workout, and not being able to get up and go when I want. I am so depressed, because of all the hard work I put into working out is leaving my body! I have probably lost all of my muscle strength in my upper body, I know for a fact that my abs are completely soft, not saying that I had abs of steel, but I did have a little muscle. I have gained 8 lbs, that is so depressing! It is going to take me a year to get that crap back off of my body, only 4 weeks to put on, but a friggin year to get back off!
I can't wait to get back to my normal routine!
