RAW Strength and Jump-roping

...Who would have thought that I would love jump-roping so much.

Double Unders are a great cardio work out, especially when you 

do it for 35min!  Oh YEAH!!!

My poor Zoe had to have surgery today

She had to have a few cyst and teeth removed!

This was the smaller cyst

The leg cyst was a surprise,  It is the  one under my hand

She is soooo uncomfortable with the lamp shade

LEAVE ME ALONE!!!!!

She just wants to sleep!
