Crab Salad is my new thing!

YUMMY!!!!



Marathon countdown  ~58 days~

OH BOY what a great workout day!
Started with a RAW WOD,
then PR'd on my deadlift 
230#  OH YEAH!!!!!
...then
5x800 meter run
I feel GREAT!
